Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

Section 01

General Agreement

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the kiis918 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement constitutes a valid and binding contract between you as the user and kiis918 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the kiis918 platform immediately. Continued use after an amendment to the terms is published will be considered absolute acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the kiis918 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between the user and the platform.

Section 02

Account Registration and Eligibility

kiis918 services are open exclusively to individuals who have reached the age of 21 years and above. Use of the platform by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.

During registration, users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information including full name, identity card number (MyKad) and a valid mobile phone number.
• Updating account information promptly whenever any changes occur.
• Keeping the password confidential and not sharing login details with any other party.
• Notifying kiis918 immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account.

Each individual is only allowed one active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal information or different devices, is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all such accounts being terminated.

Section 03

Deposits and Withdrawals

kiis918 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the designated payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

Users must comply with the following conditions regarding financial transactions:

• All deposits must use a payment method registered in the name of the user's own account. Use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, as an additional security measure.
• kiis918 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal under certain circumstances.
• Any attempt to transfer funds obtained through illegal activity into the platform is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal processing times are based on normal operating hours. In exceptional circumstances such as system maintenance or the need for additional review, processing times may vary and kiis918 is not responsible for any delays arising from factors outside the platform's control.

Section 04

Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

kiis918 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. Users are responsible for fully understanding the relevant conditions before claiming any offer.

The kiis918 welcome bonus gives an additional 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150 with a total balance of RM250, and the wagering requirement is RM150 × 10 = RM1,500. This bonus must be wagered 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

In addition to the welcome bonus, kiis918 also offers a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7% and Gold up to 1.0%. Progress between tiers depends on the user's gaming activity.

kiis918 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate bonus terms will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account termination.

Section 05

User Conduct and Responsibilities

kiis918 users are required to act at all times in an honest and responsible manner and to comply with all platform rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including account termination:

• Use of third-party software, automated bots or any method intended to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system.
• Abusing the customer support system or submitting false claims.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the law.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or false information.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the kiis918 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their area of residence.

Section 06

Platform Responsibilities and Liability Limits

kiis918 works to provide a stable, secure and reliable platform for all users. However, the platform cannot guarantee the absence of technical disruptions, system delays or errors that occur beyond our control.

The platform is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond kiis918's control.
• Actions by third parties including payment service providers or game software suppliers.
• Errors or omissions in information entered by the user themselves.
• Any indirect losses, loss of profits or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

All games on the kiis918 platform use a verified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

Section 07

Account Suspension and Termination

kiis918 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Failure by the user to meet identity verification requirements within the specified period.
• Suspicious activity or potential fraud detected by the platform's monitoring system.
• Account closure requested by the user themselves for responsible gambling reasons.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, kiis918 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the activity that breached the rules. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed according to the established procedure, subject to a thorough investigation.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the kiis918 customer support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 08

Personal Data Protection

kiis918 takes the protection of users' personal data seriously and operates in accordance with the provisions of the established privacy policy. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the international laws applicable under the licence held by kiis918. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through arbitration or the dispute resolution channels established by the relevant licensing body.

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the kiis918 platform is lawful under the laws applicable in their place of residence. kiis918 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction.
